There is no charge for one re-visit. Sometimes during an inspection, the water may be shut off or the roof may be covered with snow. Things happen. I would be happy to go back to the property if needed!

Can't thank Sean enough. He found a hidden crawlspace behind a false wall. The clothes dryer was venting in this crawlspace filling the area with lint. He found that the last owner had an old electric heater lying on its side turned on and keeping the crawlspace warm which was a real fire hazard. Sean's thorough inspection has given us peace of mind with our new home. We would recommend him to anyone!

Very satisfied. We had to reschedule the inspection because the seller didn't leave a key as was promised and the place was locked. But Sean worked with the seller, he didn't charge me for a second visit and we rescheduled the inspection a week later.
